The Food I Cook, Eat and Love

I love food, and I love cooking it, especially if it means sharing it with family and friends to enjoy. This is a place where I can keep a record of some of things I cook or love to eat and to share recipes and ideas. Part of the reason for this is that for a while, I have wanted to write down some of my recipes into a book but never get round to it so thought maybe if I at least manage to put them on the internet slowly it would be the next best thing.

Chocolate cake (egg and butter free)

This is one of my favourite chocolate cake recipies that I got from my mum. Not only is it dairy free but it is moist and not too over sweet.
