I love food, and I love cooking it, especially if it means sharing it with family and friends to enjoy.
This is a place where I can keep a record of some of things I cook or love to eat and to share recipes and ideas.
Part of the reason for this is that for a while, I have wanted to write down some of my recipes into a book but never get round to it so thought maybe if I at least manage to put them on the internet slowly it would be the next best thing.

beef stew
One of the choices I cooked for Sunday lunch. I tried out the new Colemans cook in a bag packets, which left the beef so soft and succulent. I followed the recipe on the packet but left out the mushrooms. To feed 20 people I used 4 bags.
