I love food, and I love cooking it, especially if it means sharing it with family and friends to enjoy.
This is a place where I can keep a record of some of things I cook or love to eat and to share recipes and ideas.
Part of the reason for this is that for a while, I have wanted to write down some of my recipes into a book but never get round to it so thought maybe if I at least manage to put them on the internet slowly it would be the next best thing.

Donald duck birthday cake
To get the shape of Donald, I printed a picture off the internet then cut out the separate pieces like a puzzle and used them as a stencil to cut the shape of the icing. I then used a tube of black icing to edge it.
